Arc lowering three-roll plate bending machine
The arc lowering three-roll plate bending machine is developed in combination with the features of domestic products. Its performance is superior to similar domestic products, with the characteristics of high efficiency, low energy consumption, easy operation, etc.
All three rolls of the arc lowering three-roll plate bending machine are driving rolls, and the power for plate rolling is provided by a hydraulic motor planetary reducer. There is basically no slide between the workpiece and the roll surface. The lower rolls are driven by hydraulic oil cylinders for arc lifting and lowering. All three rolls adopt the self-aligning roller bearing. The advantage of this machine lies in that it only requires one-time feeding and then it can complete pre-deformation at both ends of plates and cylindrical and arc rolling without the need for auxiliary devices.
Working principle:
All three rolls of this machine are driving rolls. The upper roll is fixed. Lower rolls can go up and down along an arc to clamp plates. When plates are clamped by rolls and three rolls rotate, friction is generated between plates and working rolls to make plates move. Lower rolls go up and down to bend flat plates. By adjusting the lifting quantity of lower rolls, the radius of curvature of arc or circular workpieces can be realized. Lifting and lowering of two lower rolls of this machine are driven by hydraulic oil cylinders.
